2015 T4 Secondary School BASH

. The Secondary School BASH had its final night Wednesday 25 November, 2015. The competition ran for six weeks with a new format similar to the ASB BASH. Students entered as doubles teams in either competitive or social grade. Each week they played two 30 minute rounds and accumulated points by game score.
The winners of the competitive grade were the Terminetters (Damian Tarrant and Daniel Kelliher) from Roncalli College with 89 games won. Runners up: TBHS Valentines with 78.5 games. Roncalli Pink the only girls combination in the competitive grade finished a credible 5th with 47.5 games won.
In the social grade it was a close contest for 1st and 2nd place with the two Roncalli teams: Reality 2 (Samuel Kensell and Will Mcoy) 99 games won, 2 games ahead of Reality Kings 1, on 97 games won. G and Sez from Craighead finished 3rd with 77.4 games won.
22 teams took part in the revamped secondary schools competition. Tennis South Canterbury are hoping that this number will grow in the Term 1, 2016 SS BASH. Students were treated to a BBQ on a couple of occasions throughout the competition ans last night a prize-giving was held with place-getters receiving prizes as well as ‘spot prizes’ winners
